The New Taipei City Audit Division conducted an audit and discovered: the New Taipei City Government implemented rental subsidy business from 2016 to 2018; however, the number of eligible households that hadn't received subsidies had grown year by year because of the gap between the estimated number of subsidized households and actual demand.
