The Ministry of Transportation's Directorate General of Highways (referred to as DGH) implemented Pinge Highway Planting Trees 2.0 Project. After an audit conducted by the Audit Division on Construction & Communication, it was found that the transplantation and removal operations of street trees were not appropriate. Following the Audit Division on Construction & Communication informed, DGH amended the Regulations of Transplanting and Removing Operations of Street Trees and enhanced information disclosure and communication with the community. The Keelung City Government implemented the Reconstruction Project of Hill of Hope Parent-Child Recreational Facilities. After an audit conducted by the Keelung City Audit Office, it was found that there are potential risks of a crash or fall due to the contractor's failure to construct the grindstone slide in accordance with the engineering drawings. After the Keelung City Audit Office informed, the grindstone slide was reconstructed to ensure the safety of children. The Caotun Township Office of Nantou County(referred to as The Caotun Township Office)manages public retail markets and affiliated organizations’ venues. After an audit conducted by the Nantou County Audit Office, it was found that some of the venues were mandated management. However, the Caotun Township Office did not formulate procedures in accordance with the practice. After the Nantou County Audit Office informed, the Caotun Township Office has amended the relevant regulations to serve as the basis for implementation.
