        The Caotun Township Office of Nantou County has set up children's playground facilities at the Environmental Park in Caotun Township to provide children with recreational facilities. However, after an audit conducted by the Nantou County Audit Office, it was found that the children's playground facilities did not meet the national inspection standards. Despite this, the facilities remained open to the public without improvement. After the Nantou County Audit Office informed, the facilities obtained an approved test report and completed the necessary documentation for future reference so that children’s safety could be ensured.

        The Indigenous Peoples Affairs Office of Yilan County is responsible for the operation of Lan Yang Cultural and Creative Park (referred to as the Creative Park). After an audit conducted by the Audit Office of Yilan County, it was found that not all the selected works from the entrepreneur competition and industrial value-added counseling were displayed in the exhibition. Additionally, insufficient website information affected the visibility of the products. After the Yilan County Audit Office informed, all selected works have been displayed, and all of the activity information has been posted on the official website and social media platforms of the Creative Park. Moreover, the number of cooperative brands is continuously increasing, effectively promoting and marketing the indigenous economic industry.

The Keelung City Government  aims to strengthen the disaster prevention and protection system and operational efficiency of each district office. To achieve this, the district offices have formulated and implemented regional disaster prevention and protection plans. After an audit conducted by the Audit Office of Keelung City, it was found that some evacuation sites designated by the district offices did not meet the usage regulations, and there were omissions in information regarding disaster prevention and protection. After the Keelung City Audit Office informed, appropriate locations have been selected as evacuation sites, and relevant information has been corrected on the website to enhance disaster prevention and protection preparedness.
