The Fire Department of Yilan County Government has implemented a plan for inspecting fire water sources. According to the audit conducted by the Yilan County Audit Office, it has been found that some residential areas have a shortage of fire hydrants, and the repair time for damaged fire hydrants is excessively long, which hampers the firefighting and disaster relief capabilities. After the Yilan County Audit Office informed, additional fire hydrants have been installed in areas with a shortage. Furthermore, the repair time for faulty fire hydrants has been reduced so that disaster prevention and preparedness capabilities can be enhanced.

        Hualien County Government has implemented the Regional Vocational Exploration and Experience Center Program for junior high and elementary school students to enhance their vocational exploration. Following an audit conducted by the Hualien County Audit Office, it was found that the Yu Dong Junior High School Regional Vocational Exploration and Experience Center in Hualien County did not achieve its intended effectiveness. The Hualien County Audit Office informed the Hualien County Government to urge the school to offer diverse vocational exploration courses in areas such as business, household affairs, arts, and design so that students' understanding of occupations and work can be improved.

            The Pingtung County Government has carried out the construction project of the Neipu Social Welfare Integrated Center. Following an audit conducted by the Pingtung County Audit Office, it was found that the project had been suspended because design changes and the final inspection were not promptly conducted after completion. After the Pingtung County Audit Office informed, the center is under operation, providing social welfare services to residents of Neipu Township, Wanluan Township, Majia Township, and Taiwu Township.
