The 37 district health stations of the Public Health Bureau of the Tainan City Government outsourced the service of clinical medical examinations independently. The Tainan City Audit Division conducted an audit and found that the unit price of the same inspection item was different among the health stations, and some was even charged by the same medical laboratory. After the division called for improvements, the outsourcing method has been replaced by the multiple-award centralized procurement, so that each health station is able to select high-quality suppliers, reducing the costs of inspection and saving the time and the human resources for repeated operations, which improves the efficiency of procurement.

The Taitung County Ludao Township Office set up the evacuation shelters and managed the reserve materials. The Taitung County Audit Office conducted an audit and found that there were structure safety issues in the Ludao Township Office Zhongliao Community Center, one of the evacuation shelters, which might reduce the personnel safety in the shelter when a disaster occurs, and part of the contract signed for natural disaster relief materials supply was not proper. After the office called for improvements, the community center is not used as an evacuation shelter now, which is renewed on the Disaster Management Information Platform of Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the contract has been revised.

The Taipei City Audit Division conducted an audit on the Siwen Village Phase III Government-led Urban Renewal Project managed by the Taipei City Urban Regeneration Office and found that the office and its agential institution, the Department of Urban Development of the Taipei City Government, were not in accordance with the contract to deduct the delivery fee saved by the contractor due to the change of the place for residual soil exchange. After the division called for improvements, it has been notified to the contractor that the contract price would be deducted more than 5.37 million NT dollars, cutting back on the public expenditure.
