The Bureau of Land Administration of the Tainan City Government set up a special account for expropriated compensation in order to deposit the money that was delayed, refused or unable to be received by landowners over the years. After the Tainan City Audit Division conducted an audit and found that as of the end of 2018, the compensation that was not received from the special account amounted to more than NT$ 1.3 billion. In order to ensure the rights of landowners, the division asked the bureau to make an improvement, and it established the "Inquiry System for the Deposit of Expropriated Compensation" on the website, allowing the public to inquire about the outstanding compensation through their name or ID number to protect the right of the public.

The Hsinchu County Government built a competitive international tourism attraction within its jurisdiction-Taiwan Comic Dream Factory. After the Hsinchu County Audit Office conducted an audit and found that the western part of the Zhudong Animation Park, one section of the Factory, was idle because the contractor could not afford the loss and ended its operation. After the office called for improvements, the government took actions to activate the park as an aboriginal industry exhibition and sales center, creating employment opportunities for aboriginals.
