The Heping District Office of the Taichung City Government handled the nearby construction of farm village sewage treatment plant and pipeline facilities. The Taichung City Audit Division found that the sewage treatment plant could not start its operation due to the lack of license and was idle for more than 6 years. After the division called for improvements, the office obtained the use license, carried out the sewage pipeline connection project, and commissioned vendors to handle the operation and maintenance management work and treat the domestic sewage to effectively improve the quality of the living environment of farm villages.
