In order to increase operating income, the Taoyuan Metro Corporation operates a metro-related product sales business. After the Taoyuan City Audit Division conducted an audit and found that although the number of riders grew year by year, sales revenue of the product did not increase, whereas it decreased. After the division called for improvements, the Taoyuan Metro Corporation expanded the diversity of sales channels and developed new product to increase sales revenue.

The Kaohsiung City Audit Division audited the publication of annual budget and financial statements information by the Kaohsiung City Government and its subordinated agencies. The division found that some agencies did not release their annual financial statements of 2018 and 2019 or annual budgets of 2019 on their websites, or only released budget information or part of the statements for the latest year, making it difficult for the public to access the information. After the division called for improvements, the Kaohsiung City Government urged the related agencies to implement the freedom of Information regulation in order to improve the transparency of government administration.

In order to manage sports grounds under the jurisdiction of the Sports Bureau of the Taichung City Government, the bureau commissioned volunteers to inspect sports grounds. After the Taichung City Audit Division conducted an audit and found that the bureau did not timely maintain or repair poor environmental sanitation and damaged facilities in sports grounds found by inspections. After the division called for improvements, the bureau incorporated maintenance service procurement with repair service procurement, which were originally contracted out separately, to shorten the repair time, and it preferentially improved sports grounds with poor sanitation, frequently complained by the public. After improvements, the problem of sports grounds informed by the public was reduced and the rate of improvements reached more than 90% to maintain the safety of the public.
