The Economic Development Bureau of the Taichung City Government conducted an operation and management outsourcing plan of buildings located in the Taichung Chiu Hong Gu Landscape Ecological Park. The Taichung City Audit Division carried out an audit on the plan and found that the bureau failed to solicit business through tendering for leases after two tender announcements, causing the buildings inactive and unable to provide services for the public. After the division called for improvements, the tender was changed to entrust operation and management services to business and was successfully awarded on July 28, 2020. The service trials began on December 26, 2020 to attract tourists and activate tourism around the park.

The Hsinchu County Audit Office conducted an audit on the management of natural gas transmission and storage equipment in gas supply areas by the Hsinchu Gas Company and found that the pressure reduction equipment placed under a viaduct and on the side of Wuling Road in Hsinchu City was located in a parking lot under the viaduct and near pillars of it, posing a risk of fire which endangers safety of the viaduct as a result of being hit by vehicles or deliberately destroyed by people. After the office called for improvements, transfers of equipment were made to better protect the life and property of citizens.

The Financial Supervisory Commission has actively promoted open banking policy since 2019, encouraging financial institutions to share financial data through an open application programming interface (Open API). The National Audit Office conducted an audit and found that relevant standards and management norms for the Open Bank's second stage—Consumer Information Inquiry were not established. After the office called for improvements, information security and technical standards were established and banking industry self-discipline norms were reviewed to be followed by financial institutions and to facilitate the development of financial innovation.
