After the Miaoli County Audit Office urged for improvements, the offices established implementation plans of regular calibration for measuring appliances to ensure the quality and credibility of the measurement results.

The number of physical education classes in Kaohsiung's primary and secondary schools ranks first in the country, but some schools did not hire full-time sports coaches, which affected the implementation of professional physical and sports education. After the Kaohsiung City Audit Division urged for improvements, full-time coaches were hired and sports classes were consolidated to establish sports talent training system.

The Coast Guard Administration of the Ocean Affairs Council promoted the plan to reinstall the costal radar system, but a standard operating procedure was not established for assigning a radar operator to the radar station or dispatching a mobile radar vehicle to assist in the performance of duties while the system link was interrupted.
