The Taichung City Audit Division found out that the e-service of applying for the land use zoning certificate provided by the Urban Development Bureau of the Taichung City Government did not cover all citizens of Taichung City, resulting in an inconvenience to some citizens, and they had to go to the district office in person for a certificate application. After the division called for improvements, the government has provided the e-service of application and payment for all citizens of the city to enhance the quality of services and the efficiency of administration.

The Changhua County Audit Office found out: a parking lot outsourced by the Hemei Township Office in Changhua County was operated for collecting toll before getting a registration certificate and in which the lane was damaged without being repaired; the elevator of a parking lot outsourced by the Huatan Township Office in Changhua County was damaged, and illegal parking cases were found in the parking lot, affecting the function of public parking lots. After the office called for improvements, both townships made improvements and implemented the management and maintenance of public parking lots thoroughly.

The National Audit Office found out that some fighter aircraft squadron of the Air Force failed to properly manage the progress of a relocation project for military facilities according to the contract, resulting in a failure to complete the construction of facilities in the hangar and affecting the dispatching for training and maintenance of the fighter aircraft. After the office called for improvements, the construction project was opened for rebidding and then completed for holding fighter aircraft.
