The Changhua County Audit Office found out that in the taxation operation of the Local Tax Bureau of the Changhua County Government, it did not impose land value tax on farmlands that were not used for farming and house tax on houses located on farmlands that were used for storage, retail, wholesale, and manufacture. After the office called for improvements, the bureau imposed taxes on those liable objects and conducted a widespread probe into tax data to ensure sources and maintain fairness of taxation.

The Audit Division on Education and Agriculture found out that there were some shortcomings in biochemical testing of doping on athletes carried out by the National Sports Training Center (NSTC). NSTC did not set up regulations on factors that may affect testing results, and the regulations on sampling and delivery of samples are not well-established. After the division called for improvements, the center invited experts and scholars to assist it in designing biochemical testing and results management operational process to build up a better testing mechanism.

The Audit Division on Construction and Communication found out that although Grade 2 or above stations were equipped with Automated External Defibrillator (AED) by the Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA), driving time between two stations of 56 Grade 2 stations are more than four minutes, the golden rescue time for cardiac-arrest patients, and AEDs are not available on trains for emergent medical rescue. After the division called for improvements, the TRA placed AEDs in three Grade 3 stations that are between two stations far from each other for emergent stopping to meet emergent medical rescue needs of the public.
