The New Taipei City Audit Division found out that the Indigenous Peoples Department of the New Taipei City Government implemented the Sanxia Aboriginal Cultural Park Project with deficiencies of not actively neither coping with the issue of public land appropriation nor assisting indigenous people to find an association for renting housing lands, resulting in delays of completing constructions of the park and housing infrastructures. After the Division called for improvements, constructions of housing and aboriginal migration were completed to improve aboriginal living environment.
The Social Welfare Department of the New Taipei City Government implemented a program of helping street people back to work. However, after the New Taipei City Audit Division carried out an audit, the Division found that due to a lack of confidence and professional skills, the number of street people who were successfully employed was decreasing year by year. After the Division called for improvements, the Department built up simulated work places, intensified job training, and enhanced job matching mechanism to help street people back to work and have stable jobs.
The Tainan City Audit Division carried out an audit and found out that the Public Health Bureau of the Tainan City Government set up assessment items for categorization of hygienic restaurants but excluded the status of melamine food utensils used by restaurants, resulting in the absence of urging restaurants to replace melamine food utensils with new utensils made of other materials and an impact on the safety of eating out. After the Division called for improvements, the status of melamine food utensils was considered as an assessment item to facilitate restaurants using qualified food utensils to maintain a safe environment for citizens to eat out.
