The Hsinchu City Audit Office found out that the Cultural Affairs Bureau of Hsinchu City did not establish a security mechanism for disaster prevention while dealing with operational administration and maintenance for ancient monuments and historic building. After the office called for improvements, the bureau set up disaster prevention system, equipped cultural assets with disaster prevention facilities, and strengthened disaster prevention security mechanism for cultural assets.

The Hsinchu City Audit Office found out that access-free facilities of some venues managed by the Hsinchu Municipal Stadium did not comply with regulations because those facilities were setting up many years ago. After the office called for improvements, the stadium took actions and proposed projects for making improvements to access-free facilities of the venues to protect the rights of the disabled.

The Miaoli County Audit Office found out that the Miaoli County Government and its subordinate agencies disclosed insufficient amount of governmental data on the Open Data Platform developed by the National Development Council and thus lack of government administration transparency. After the office called for improvements, the government reviewed available open data and increased the amount of disclosure dramatically to enhance government transparency.
