The Taipei City Audit Division found out that the performance of an energy-saving model house at the Daan Park Station of the Taipei Metro, administrated by the Department of Rapid Transit Systems of the Taipei City Government, was poor as a whole since operations of the Tamsui-Xinyi Line. After the Division called for improvements, the house has been donated to the National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences in December 2016 to achieve the educational purpose. The original space for the model house was contracted with a coffee shop from December 8, 2016 to December 7, 2021, and the Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation will increase NT$3 million as non-operational income.

The New Taipei City Audit Division found out that the New Taipei City Library initiated a New Taipei City Bookcrossing Plan in 2013 to encourage citizens sharing books and to promote reading through bookcrossing stands, but the amount of books in circulation slightly decended in 2015. To increase the benefit and universality of the bookcrossing activity, the Division called for improvements and the library strengthened cooperation with the related agencies to enrich citizens' reading culture and expand book sharing benefits.

The Hualien County Audit Office found out that some premises of bars, dance halls, special coffee/tea shops and KTVs in Hualien County didn´t have public liability insurances in accordance with the rule provided by the government or have overdue insurances, and only 31.97% of those premises had insurances. After the Office called for improvements, the insurance coverage rate was ascended to 84% in the end of June 2017.
