The NAO Performance Report 2013 (English Version) was published in December 2014, and the report is now available on the NAO Website (http://www.audit.gov.tw/files/15-1000-1823,c93-1.php). The NAO promoted “The Audit Agencies’ Strategy Management and Performance Evaluation System” from 2011 and published the NAO performance report annually since 2012, for carrying out the principle “SAIs manage their operations economically, efficiently, effectively and in accordance with laws and regulations and reports publicly on these matters” of ISSAI 20 “Principles of Transparency and Accountability” which was issued by the INTOSAI. In 2013, all aspects of the “Audit Outcomes”, “Client Service”, “Development of Human” and “Internal Process” gained specific performances. For example, the financial benefits of the “Audit Outcomes” in 2013 reached NT$18 billion, which means that an income of NT$1 can produce an outcome of NT$13.93. This is a prominent achievement of the audit agencies based on the audit vision.
