The Chiayi City Audit Office conducted an audit on the worksite personnel management and supervision of the public construction projects by the Chiayi City Government and its affiliated agencies, and found that during the construction, the worksite directors, quality controllers or supervisors of some projects did not meet the regulated number of personnel, did not complete retraining, were not in the Association of Countrywide Construction Industry Worksite Directors, or violated the full-time (part-time) agreement. After the office called for improvements, the government has fined the firms according to the contracts and is going to strengthen the worksite personnel supervision, so as to improve the management and quality of public construction projects.

In order to activate Hakka culture and creativity, the Hakka Affairs Department of the New Taipei City Government launched the Hakka Cultural Park Online Store and promoted the Hakka cultural and creative commodities online. The New Taipei City Audit Division conducted an audit and found that there was a low click-through rate and a low transaction volume in the online store. After the division called for improvements, the department increased the launched number of cultural and creative items and adopted discounts and promotions during various festivals, and both the click-through rate and the transaction volume in the online store have increased significantly, improving the promotion effectiveness of Hakka culture and creativity.

The Gaoshu Township Office of Pingtung County conducted the new construction of the office building. The Pingtung County Audit Office conducted an audit and found that the office did not pay the manufacturer's final payment for the project and return the performance bond in accordance with the contract. After the office called for improvements,  the township office has pay the manufacturers in accordance with the contract, improving the efficiency of government governance, and it has been included as a reference case for simplified verification and internal audit by the Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics of the Executive Yuan.
