The Urban Development Bureau of the Kaohsiung City Government cooperated with the Construction and Planning Agency of the Ministry of the Interior to conduct the loan interest subsidy business for assisting laborers to build and purchase housing. The Kaohsiung City Audit Division conducted an audit and found that the real property rights mortgaged by some labor debtors had been transferred but the interest subsidy has not been terminated, which showed the management and control operations were not fully proper. After the division called for improvements, the excess interest subsidy has been checked and recovered, and the bureau will inspect the property rights status of labor debtors regularly to strengthen the review mechanism for subsidy.

In order to strengthen the management of delivery platform operators, the Taipei City Government formulated the Taipei City Self-government Ordinance for Management of Delivery Platform Operators. The Taipei City Audit Division conducted an audit and found that some delivery platform operators were not included in the management, and the minimum insured amount of insurance covering disability or death due to accidental injuries for delivery person is lower than the amount in the central regulations. After the division called for improvements, the ordinance has been amended on July 20, 2022, protecting the rights and benefits of delivery person.

The Fengshan Water Resources Center, managed by the Water Resources Bureau of the Kaohsiung City Government, treats reclaimed water for use in the Linhai Industrial Park. The Kaohsiung City Audit Division conducted an audit and found that the sewage and reclaimed water treatment system was affected by the waste oil dumped over the sewers and thus failed to provide reclaimed water. After the division called for improvements, a license plate recognition system has been set up to strengthen monitoring, and the facilities for water quality monitoring and abnormal water inflow treatment have been built up to ensure the function of the treatment system and the stability of the reclaimed water supply, so as to achieve the economic benefits of water resource recycling.
