The Directorate General of Highways (DGH), Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) implemented relief measures for the automobile transport industry affected by COVID-19 during 2020. After the Audit Division on Construction and Communication conducted an audit and found that grantees whose earnings were not affected by the pandemic received subsidies for automobile fuel use charge as the tenancy of their rental automobiles is more than one year, which did not in line with the purpose of the Special Act for Prevention, Relief and Revitalization Measures for Severe Pneumonia with Novel Pathogens. After the division called for improvements, the DGH reviewed implementations of the same type of subsidizing or relieving measures afterwards and examined the affected drivers with due care, in order to make government subsidies more fair and reasonable.

The Ministry of Education promoted the digital construction of elementary schools and junior high schools by subsidizing all cities and counties to build smart teaching and learning environments in those schools. After the Audit Division on Education and Agriculture conducted an audit and found that the establishments of smart networks and smart classrooms in elementary schools and junior high schools of some cities and counties were behind schedule. After the division called for improvements, smart networks and smart classrooms in elementary schools and junior high schools of all cities and counties were completed.

The Nantou County Government conducted the construction of the Mingjian Parent-Child Ecological Park. After the Nantou County Audit Office conducted an audit and found that some plants were withered and the construction of installation artworks and large playground equipment was behind schedule. After the office called for improvements, the construction of the park was completed, and the park was open to the public as a tourism and leisure spot.
