To realize the vision of Wealthy Taichung and New Pleasant Tourism, the Tourism and Travel Bureau of the Taichung City Government actively optimized the preparedness of tourism environment in Taichung City. After the Taichung City Audit Division conducted an audit and found that while the Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communication (MOTC) designed 13 routes of the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle in central Taiwan, none of them were operated by the tour bus operators from Taichung City. After the division called for improvements, the bureau planned to launch the Taichung Fashion City Route and made an application to the bureau of MOTC. The route was selected for promotion and subsidized for operations, which improves the convenience for free independent travelers.

The Yunlin County Government conducted the remediation of drainage ditches at the cadmium-contaminated sites. After the Yunlin County Audit Office conducted an audit and found that downstream ditches were not included in the scope of remediation, which might cause secondary pollution to the surrounding farmland if the cadmium-contaminated bottom mud was washed out by heavy rain. After the office called for improvements, the government took actions to prevent the mud in downstream ditches from exposure, so as not to endanger the living environment and public health.

The Taipei City Audit Division conducted an audit on the Cloud Duty Dispatch Management System applied by the Police Department of the Taipei City Government and found that the operation of using M-Police mobile devices by police officers to accept duty dispatch was not fully implemented. After the division called for improvements, the department strengthened its promotion of logging in to M-Police by police officers when performing duties and assured the use of the system for dispatch online, which improves the efficiency of duties performed by police officers.
