The Department of Environmental Protection of the Taipei City Government carried out street cleaning operations with small street-sweeping vehicles. After the Taipei City Audit Division conducted an audit and found that the trained vehicle operators did not obtain a qualification certificate. After the division called for improvements, the government hold exams for the trained vehicle operators and issued qualification certificates to them to maintain the safety of street-sweeping work.

In order to prevent narcotics hazard effectively, the Health Bureau of the Taichung City Government set up the Narcotics Hazard Prevention Center of the Taichung City Government to monitor narcotic drug addiction cases. After the Taichung City Audit Division conducted an audit and found that the center did not give priority to the reporting of those cases to the Social Affairs Bureau of the government and assess the risk of domestic violence or child abuse suffered by their family members in order to provide welfare services or protection in time. After the division called for improvements, horizontal connections were established and integrated resource services were provided to refer high-risk families with narcotic drug comorbidity cases to the Social Affairs Bureau within 24 hours for assessment and properly treatment. 

The Urban Development Bureau of the Kaohsiung City Government launched a social housing project to provide citizens with affordable and livable housing. After the Kaohsiung City Audit Division conducted an audit and found that the bureau did not set up appropriate social housing planning and design regulations with the consideration of a tendency for social housing buildings to be high-rise and the living needs of different ethnic groups. After the division called for improvements, the bureau set up the "Regulation for the Design of Kaohsiung City Social Housing" as a reference for the subsequent promotion of social housing planning and design in order to create a livable space and environment for social housing and enhance social housing service functions to meet the living needs of different ethnic groups.
