The Kaohsiung City Audit Division discovered that the Finance Bureau of the Kaohsiung City Government took over non-public land under the jurisdiction of Kaohsiung County, which was merged with Kaohsiung City in 2010. The correction of the property cadastration of the occupied land and the process of recovering compensation to protect public property rights for the use were slow and there was a lack of an annual treatment plan, which caused a huge annual loss of compensation for use. After urging to review and improve, the occupation or recovery of compensation for use has been ruled out, and public property rights have been safeguarded.

Temporary personnel were assigned to carry out the supervision and execution of most of the projects executed by the Ren-Ai Township Office of the Nantou County Government, which did not comply with regulations governing government procurements. After the Nantou County Audit Office urged the government to review and improve the deficiency, the government has taken a series of special counseling actions and urged the office to rectify the procurement order.

The Economic Development Department of the New Taipei City Government administered the New Taipei City Exhibition Hall with deficiencies such as setting up inappropriate performance evaluation objects for operating contractor. After the New Taipei City Audit Division called for improvements, the mechanism for operation review and performance evaluation has been improved, and corporate social responsibility and feedback to communities have been strengthened.
