The National Audit Office (NAO) found out that only ten percent of Taiwan’s ischemic stroke patients were able to reach hospitals within two to three hours after the outbreak of stroke, mainly because the public lacked the knowledge of acute symptoms of ischemic stroke and postponed the time to take patients to hospitals. After the NAO called for improvements, the Health Promotion Administration has enhanced promotions to raise the level of acute symptom identification of ischemic stroke.

The Taipei City Audit Division found out that the Taipei City Parking Management and Development Office of the Taipei City Government managed lands designated for parking spaces with deficiencies of being illegally occupied. However, the office did not preclude illegal occupation or collect compensation in accordance with related regulations. After the office called for improvements, the division precluded illegal occupation and collected compensation to protect the ownership of public properties.

The National Audit Office (NAO) found out that the Taiwan Power Company managed a huge amount of lands with deficiencies of poor oversight, evaluation and activating operations and heavy tax burden. After the NAO called for improvements, the company proposed measures for improvements and completed the activation operation for lands to promote the effectiveness of asset applications.
