The Audit Division on Construction and Communication found out that the Civil Aeronautics Administration of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications didn’t set up complete standards and control regulations for the Unmanned Aircraft System, UAS. After the division called for improvements, the administration added a specific chapter for UAS in the Civil Aviation Act to monitor and regulate the usage of UAS and thus create a good aerodynamic environment and guarantee the safety of citizens’ lives and property.

The Audit Division on Education and Agriculture carried out an audit and found out that the K-12 Education Administration of the Ministry of Education did not publicize and update further education information relevant to 12-year Compulsory Education on the Open Government Data Platform in accordance with the Operational Principle of Government Open Data for the Executive Yuan and its subsidiaries. After the division called for improvements, the administration updated the latest information, providing students and their parents references for school evaluation and selection.

The New Taipei City Audit Division found out that the Construction Office of the New Taipei City Government was unable to complete the construction project of the Sanyinger Bridge, a total budget of more than NT $1.9 billion. The construction was started in January 2014 but the contract was terminated in November 2015 due to the financial crisis of the contractor, resulting in a serious delay behind the proposed deadline. After the division called for improvements, the bridge, which opened to traffic in September 2017, has effectively solved the problem of traffic congestion in the urban area of Yingge and the surroundings of the National Taipei University.
